What happens after I submit my order?
You will receive an email right after you submit your order to confirm your purchase. In case you provided your email on checkout we will send you the tracking number of your order once it's shipped. Please allow us 24 hours to process your order and make sure all the products and shades are available for immediate shipping. We will send you an email in case of any unavailability of the products you've ordered.
How will I know that my order is confirmed and ready for shipping?
We will be in contact with you by email, once your order is submitted, shipped and on it's way for delivery.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
For domestic orders in the USA, it can take from 2 to 3 business days to ship your order. For international shipping, it can take from to 7-10 business days on regular days and 15-20 business days on Holidays. For custom orders or shades, please allow us from 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. All payments should be submitted online before we ship your product. Free shipping applies on orders of $100 and more.
P.S. For International Shipping Only, we are only using DHL Express now due to Extreme Shipping & delivery delay by other Shipping Couriers. We care about our customers' satisfaction and we care they receive their orders on time.
What's your refund policy?
For the health & safety of all our customers, we apologize as we don't accept any returns but we issue a full refund if you receive the wrong item, wrong shade or if your order was delayed more than the time specified in our shipping & delivery policy.
What if I am unsatisfied with the results, or if I received the wrong shade?
If you are unsatisfied with the results, or accidentally received the wrong shade or the wrong product we will happily refund you all your money back.
